“How do you keep your prices so low?”

Over the years, we have nurtured and maintained longstanding relationships with both factory direct suppliers, retailers, and independent vendors throughout both Japan and America. We have studied and curated the best, and fairest sources for aftermarket prices, and we keep our overhead costs as low as possible.
It’s quite literally our mission to make Collecting items from your favorite Tokusatsu properties accessible to YOU!!


“Do you have a physical store?”

We do not. In fact, the only time we will physically sell to you is at one of our many convention appearances throughout the year.
This allows us to save on overhead costs, and pass those savings along to you!!


“Why don’t you offer preorders?”

Preorders can be inconsistent on all ends sometimes. Shipping dates can move. With international shipping, preorders often get shorted. We don’t want to have to cancel orders on any of our beloved companions, and we don’t want to upset your shipping expectations. Not to mention it helps to deter scalpers from our store etc.
If we list it, we have it. And when you order it, we ship it. This keeps it simple.
We will not sell you something unless we have it in hand.


“When will my order ship?”

As we are a very small operation, we ship all of our orders once a week: every Friday. As long as your order is in by the time we start packing, it’ll be on its way!


“I can’t find what I’m looking for on your site… Do you take requests for custom orders?”

We absolutely want to know what you’re looking for! If there’s an item you’re interested in but don’t see on our site, feel free to send us a direct message on our Instagram (@muteki_sales). We may or may not be able to get our hands on it (we usually can), but, if we find it:
We require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit upfront in order for us to get your item in, with the other 50% required upon arrival for shipping to you.
*If you grow impatient, or cancel your order after leaving the deposit, you will NOT get it back. We will keep, and re-sell the requested item on our site*


“Do you ship internationally?”

ABSOLUTELY!!! Anywhere you are on planet Earth, we can, and will ship your Tokusatsu items directly to you without worry.


“Will items be cheaper at shows?”

Prices here on our website are the same prices that you’ll see on our table at a show! So, if you like an item and the price… it’s probably in your best interest to get it before it’s gone.


“Do you offer discounts/discount codes for followers/first time buyers etc.?”

We do not offer discounts of any kind as a rule. Our margins are already VERY slim and we know what the products are worth, even in the aftermarket.
But, for us to be able to maintain a playing field this level and fair, priced as low as possible to be more accessible to fans, outside of the occasional marked down/sale item, we have to keep our prices right where they are currently at.


“Can I contact you ahead of a show to have you hold an item that I saw on your site?”

We do not do holds at shows. Or ever.
Our best advice for you as always is to get it when you see it!
The site is always running, and what’s on the table is only there until somebody leaves with it. So get it while you can!!!

“What’s the best way to keep up with what’s coming into the shop?”

“How does such a small company manage to do all of this?”

Our President and leader Raymond has been at this for a very long time! And, like you dearest Companion… WE are also very big fans of Tokusatsu!
WE LOVE THIS STUFF!!!
With no narrow focus on a single sub genre within… we pride ourselves on being very knowledgeable, and open, to all forms of Tokusatsu as a whole! From beloved henshin hero shows, to Kaiju and horror movies… toys, books, live events, music and all related projects in between!
But most importantly, we live by our motto, and have seen its effect in real life, in real time... “TOKUSATSU IS MAGIC!”
